The conjoined twins shut down gold-digger husband claims and invasive s*x life questions.
TWO women have hit back at nosy critics – saying people shouldn’t need to know about their body parts to see them as human.
Conjoined twins Carmen and Lupita Andrade – who have defied every negative medical prediction and continued to thrive – have revealed what life is like after marriage.

Carmen married partner Daniel McCormack in October 2024, which kicked invasive questions up to a new level for the social media sensations.
The 25-year-old twins are conjoined at the torso, sharing ribs, parts of their circulatory, digestive and reproductive systems, while each has her own heart, lungs and stomach.
Early in their lives, doctors said separating the two could be fatal or lead to permanent neurological damage, so Carmen and Lupita decided to remain together.
Since the wedding, fans of the twins have been keen to get a wider look into their private lives.
While the women are no strangers to public interest, Carmen said it can sometimes cross the line.
“I don’t understand why people need to know about my private parts in order [to] humanise us,” she said.
Daniel, 28, also doesn’t appreciate the constant speculation, saying the couple’s s*x life was “[nobody’s] f–king business“.
For Lupita, questions about her sister and brother-in-law burn her in a different way.
“I don’t like being asked if I am ever going to love [Daniel],” she told People Magazine.
“I love him as a brother. That’s about it.”
Carmen has also hit back at another widespread rumour – that she is the bread winner of the relationship.
“According to critics, he’s cheating on me on the side, planning to walk out in a few years, or just kind of here for the bag,” said Carmen.
She said this was a laughable thought.
“I’ve got no money,” she said, dispelling assumptions that the twins social media popularity has made them rich.
On their joint YouTube channel, the twins boast more than 256,000 subscribers and thousands of followers on Instagram.
Despite this, Carmen said they live far from a glamorous life.

“We don’t want to take advantage of our supporters,” she said.
The twins – who are picky about sponsorship deals and only partner with brands they genuinely use and trust – said their online earnings are purely “supplemental income”.
“We still have to work 50 hours a week to make ends meet [and cover] unexpected expenses,” Carmen confessed.
Lupita was equally defensive of Daniel, despite fans long-running joke that she doesn’t like him.
“I just want to see my sister happy,” she said.
“I don’t think people understand he would not be around whatsoever if we didn’t get along.”
In July, Carmen and Daniel revealed they had tied the knot in October last year.
The couple – who met on Hinge in 2020 – got married on Lover’s Leap Bridge in New Milford, Connecticut.
The happy news was shared at the end of a YouTube video titled Overdue Update.
“We should probably also address something else pretty big,” Carmen said in the video.
“I did get married.”
The bride flashed her wedding ring and laughed when Daniel proclaimed “I got an upgrade, I’m the husband now.”

The pair made it clear that the wedding – a small get-together with local family only – was between Carmen and Daniel only.
Lupita, who identifies as as*xual, said: “I don’t want to get married, because I don’t want to”.
The couple’s relationship was “a learning process for everybody”.
The sisters have previously hit back at public interest, saying they’ve been “inappropriately fetishized” for the idea that someone is “having s*x with two people at once”.
The two have also reaffirmed that despite sharing the same body, they are two different people.
“We have two separate ID’s and ID numbers, social security numbers and all of that stuff,” Carmen said.
The twins – who share a reproductive system and both experience endometriosis – are unable to have children.
“We can’t have kids, we don’t want kids and my partner feels the same way,” Carmen said.
What are the different types of twins?
TWINS are when two children are produced in the same pregnancy.
They can be identical or different, and two boys, two girls, or a girl and a boy.
Twins are quite rare, but are usually born completely healthy
What are the different types of twins?
Monozygotic – identical twins (‘one cell’ twins)
Dizygotic – also known as ‘fraternal’, non identical twins. Babies are no more alike than siblings born at separate times, and they can be the same or different s*xes
Conjoined twins – identical twins that are joined together. They are extremely rare, and it’s estimated they range from one in 49,000 to 189,000 births, although around half are stillborn, and one third die within 24 hours.
Can identical twins be two different s*xes?
Identical twins are always of the same s*x because they form from the same fertilised egg that contains either female or male chromosomes.
The single egg is divided into two separate embryos, and they occur in about three in every 1000 deliveries worldwide.
Therefore, boy/girl twins are always fraternal (or dizygotic), as their chromosomes are either XY (male) or XX (female).
What are Di Di twins?
Di Di stands for Dichronic Diamniotic, and they are the common type of twins.
They have their own amniotic sacs and placenta, so are just sharing the womb of the mother, and are therefore not identical.
There are few complications with Di Di twins, so have a good chance of being born completely healthy without intervention from your doctor.
Di di twins are more likely to be non-identical than identical.
