DIDDY SCANDAL: Cassie Flees The Country

It is gay pride month, everybody.

Wait, did you forget?

No.

That is a problem.

We just call it Pride Month now. Oh, okay. Yeah, it is because it is for all the letters, not just the G.

There is a lot of letters.

It is Pride Month, but it is not being celebrated by everyone in Washington, D.C. There is a particular congressman who has now started a war amongst the GOP. We told you about Andy Ogles and his tweet that was pretty simple: “Homosexuality has no place in America. Happy nuclear family month.”

The reaction to that has been pretty immediate from some very high-profile Republicans. Speaking of that anger, Representative Mike Lawler, Republican from New York, got him in D.C., and these are the words that he had for Andy Ogles.

“Your colleague Andy Ogles today wrote on Twitter that homosexuality has no place in America. Agree or disagree?”

“Disagree. And strongly. Andy has, I am sure, family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, constituents who are in fact gay or lesbian. That does not make them any less worthy of being an American. Frankly, I just think he is an idiot for saying that. I will say something to him when I see him.”

“What are you going to say?”

“Just what I just said. That he is an idiot. The idea that somehow they should not exist or they should not be here is frankly outrageous and insulting to so many people.”

Mike Lawler is a moderate Republican, and he represents part of New York—Manhattan. So it is unsurprising that he would take that position, although that was so strong. You could have Republicans who would call out Andy Ogles, but to do it that way and that strongly says a lot. It says a lot about how far out Andy Ogles’s statement was.

Remember yesterday we showed you Ted Cruz, who reacted by saying he is a libertarian and basically live and let live. I thought that was interesting because he is far more conservative than Mike Lawler.

Right. So is it shocking at all that Andy Ogles is now trying to walk this back?

He is not trying to walk it back. He is pointing at his staff.

Yeah. This is what he tweeted late last night: “Earlier today, while working on the farm, my phone began going crazy because of a post made by a member of my comms team. The post was stupid, hurtful, and a complete distraction from my America First focus. The employee has been reprimanded.”

That is why it is such nonsense. If somebody went rogue and tweeted something so incredibly offensive that you thought was actually offensive, you would fire them immediately. That is not a “do not do it again” thing. He has said things like this in the past. I do not think it is a stretch to say that Andy Ogles is not pro-LGBT. He is not in any way. But what he said yesterday goes a step beyond.

And he points at his comms team.

What does his team say? They have got to be furious at him. They have got to be so upset. Like, you are throwing me under the bus.

I will just say this. We have been trying to contact Congressman Ogles. We have sent our D.C. guys to try to talk to him. They were not able to. Obviously now we know he was in Tennessee on the farm, but he is supposedly back today. Charlie is on the case trying to find him. I hope he finds him. But blaming it on the comms team is the most D.C. thing ever. That is just what they do.

But it is so transparent. It is like the Hollywood star who says, “Oh, I was dehydrated.”

Precisely that.

Yes.

This is not going to play out well for Ogles at all. What Lawler said—he is absolutely angry. He is angry because he probably has somebody he knows in his life, somebody in his family, somebody he cares about who is LGBTQ. That is a lot of Republicans in the party. This Republican party has not been seeking major LGBT regression on equal rights, but it is the minority within them that is using the divide in our country right now, using this administration, to push their personal agendas that are not for all Americans.

What you are really saying is the extreme side of the party is pushing an agenda that is upsetting a lot of people who are in the middle. You can make that argument on both sides, because most people live in the middle. What we hear are tweets like that.

Taylor Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce has been incredibly good for her. And I do not mean business-wise or popularity—yes, she is now known to every NFL fan. I am talking about how it has expanded her mind as far as who she includes in her circle. We know this because yesterday we broke a story about who is going to be going to their wedding.

I am confused by this. So I am listening.

Very surprisingly, one of her closest friends whom she had a falling out with years ago is now back in. That would be Karlie Kloss.

So wait a minute. She famously split with Karlie allegedly because she got engaged at the time to one of the Kushners. Josh Kushner, brother of Jared Kushner, did not align with Taylor’s political views. So you are saying that Travis, who may not share the same political views as Taylor, made her more tolerant of the opposition? That is why Karlie Kloss is back in?

I think Taylor being engaged to Travis meant that she had to be friends and get to know all of his teammates, some of whom have differing politics. Could it be Patrick Mahomes? Could it be Travis himself? She had to deal with Patrick Mahomes and his wife, and we know their politics. She hangs out with them still. They are good friends. I think she has realized that you can include people who have different social views.

So then she went to Karlie Kloss and said, “I was hasty in cutting off our relationship.”

I do not know who went to whom. But if my theory is right, yes, she said that. Or maybe she just sent her an invite.

We also do not know exactly when these two reconnected. It is interesting that we are learning Karlie Kloss received an invite and she is going to be going, because people know them for not being friends anymore, and Taylor has written songs about her. We are learning a little bit more about other guests who are going to be attending the Travis wedding, including Benson Boone.

I refuse to call it the Travis wedding. It is the famous wedding.

We also know that Miles Teller and his wife—remember, they were super close—are not going to be going. So, to your point, Charles, there are people that she has embraced since being with Travis, but there are also people that have been cut off. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are on the outs. They are most likely not going to be there.

But those were specific things that happened where you understand why Taylor would be upset. It is an interesting theory about Karlie Kloss. Does Taylor say, “I am now in a world where I cannot start cutting people off, because if I do, I am going to wall off a lot of Travis’s world”? That is a really interesting theory. I never really thought of that.

People have differing political beliefs. It used to be that we were okay with being friends with people who disagreed. It was not a big deal. And then it was not okay to do that. Now she is realizing the world is more complicated than that. It cannot be black and white.

That is really interesting.

Told you I had a take. Sometimes the clock is right twice a day.

Honestly, I think it is great that Taylor is inviting Karlie. She is unbothered. Successful. I do think it is a little weird, though, that they were attached at the hip and then seemingly their friendship vanished, and now Karlie could possibly be meeting Taylor’s husband for the first time at her wedding.

Yeah, that is true. By the way, another reason people thought they might have had a falling out had to do with Scooter Braun, because Karlie and her husband Josh hung out with Scooter. They vacationed with him, and that was after Taylor had gone on the attack against Scooter.

Well, I just hope that is not true—that she would be that petty that you are friends with somebody.

But if she was, she has put that to the side.

Well, is Scooter coming to the wedding?

All right, now you are getting crazy.

One of the lawsuits—one of the now two lawsuits that have been filed against Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s ex—has now revealed something about Cassie’s whereabouts. She is no longer in the United States nor has an intent to come back.

It certainly does not sound like it. One of these lawsuits was filed, and she responded to it. In her response, she made it clear to the court that she resides outside of the United States. She does not intend to move back. She goes on to say that it would be easier for her and her lawyers if she could answer anything in court in New York.

So this as opposed to California.

It makes it seem like she is in Europe.

This feels so like Ellen DeGeneres, Amber Heard—where it is just, Amber Heard especially, after the trial, just get the hell out.

I think she is playing the drama. We know when she initially filed that lawsuit against Diddy, she was a resident. She testified. She certainly lived here, had a baby here. We saw her here all the time. But to escape that drama completely, she just does not want to be around it. She settled for twenty or thirty million.

You know what I do not understand? She is not living in the United States, but that was an international trial. You would think we would have seen a single picture of her outside the U.S. The last we heard of her—we did not see this—was after she testified, she gave birth. We did see her in a car in New York, and then that was it. She is supposedly living somewhere else, but she has a young child. Alex Fine is her new husband. They probably want some stability. It is a zoo in New York with all this.

Unlike Amber Heard, where there are pictures of her in Spain, nothing. Well, that just means that wherever she went, nobody knew she went, so nobody is looking for her.

The difference with Amber Heard is she has a lot of money in her pocket. She can go buy privacy. Cassie got twenty million from Diddy and ten million from the Intercontinental. So she is flush. She is doing just fine. After what she had to testify to and the details that came out in that trial, I do not blame her at all. If you had the means to, this would be the time to disappear.

But there is one missing link. She did not make the case that the jury ultimately did not buy.

I think even more so you want to get out of there. I think it matters that if he had been convicted for those things, it would be easier for her to stay, because Diddy could say that all of her allegations the jury did not buy. I agree with you. It is harder for someone who is pro-Diddy in the city where your allegations did not hold up.

“My name is Nathan Blake from Maryland. I definitely think she is a public figure, so it was important for her mental sanity to get out and start building a life that was going to encourage her and protect her family. She was pregnant during the trial, so it only made sense for her to leave and really start fresh with everything that happened.”

The latest fallout from the Netflix documentary The Crash is that Mackenzie Shirilla’s father is now out of a job. A couple of weeks ago, we spoke to Steve Shirilla, the father of Mackenzie, the young woman who is serving a life sentence for the murder of her boyfriend and one of their friends. Steve, when we spoke to him, said he had been suspended by his job. He is an art teacher at a Catholic school. He had been suspended, he believed, for things he had said during the documentary. He had been working since the actual accident happened back in 2022, and there had been no issue with the school. But when the documentary came out, suddenly he was suspended. Well, now we found out this morning he has lost his job. He will not be returning.

I do not know what the laws are in Ohio governing wrongful termination, but I think there might be a real issue here. Although they are saying they are not going to renew his contract, it depends on how liberal the state is in terms of employment laws. But what did this guy do wrong that would get him canned after the Netflix documentary other than supporting his daughter?

The only issue with that is Steve came out and spoke to us today. He said that he would not have gone back regardless.

He may not have come back, but that is beside the point. He is saying that he would not re-sign with them because he is angry about the way they suspended him at all.

What is it that he did wrong by supporting his daughter that would cause them to suspend him? I do not have a good answer. And by the way, not supporting her in any way that he had not been doing for the last three years anyway.

That is what we asked him that day: did they tell you anything? And he said they had not given him any reason. I think the school is running scared like a little scared child. When they see a documentary that paints the dad as a bad dad—which I do not see, but a lot of people seem to feel that way—they think, “Oh, we do not want to get blowback, so we will just make him the sacrificial lamb.”

It cannot even be just the thing he said about marijuana, right? He said, “Look, I smoked marijuana as a kid. How am I going to control a seventeen-year-old girl? Kids smoke marijuana.” Who is going to argue that they do not? The idea that he is just being honest and he gets suspended is nonsense. The school is probably getting a lot of pressure from other parents of students at the school.

Then you tell the other parents, “Butch it up, because we are not going to start firing teachers.” That is not what schools do, especially at a private school where those parents are paying hefty tuition. They are going to have a litmus test on which teachers get fired. “You were mean to my kid. I am starting a petition to get you fired.” You open that Pandora’s box, and the inmates run the asylum.

“My name is Nicole from Denver, Colorado. I watched this Netflix documentary, and I do not think Steve said anything outside of the norm of what any regular parent would say to support their child. I also think there is another layer: freedom of speech. Steve has his freedom to express any opinion he would like to express, and I think the school will come to regret this decision.”

Freedom of speech really only goes to a government that would suppress. There is no legal right. A private school can say, “We are going to make you not say certain things.” They can do what they want. But this is such weak sauce on the part of the school.

We are still waiting to find out who will be in the mayoral runoff here in Los Angeles. We do not know whether Spencer Pratt is going to get in. Could be him. Could be Nithya Raman. But I am just saying if he is in, I am so depressed.

Tick tock. This was primary day for Spencer Pratt and his efforts to become the next mayor. We do not know yet if he has succeeded. The incumbent, Karen Bass, will be in the runoff. She has enough votes to secure that. Right now Spencer Pratt is ahead. However, the mail-in ballots have not yet been counted. We know from 2022, Republican Rick Caruso was actually ahead of Karen Bass on election night, but she ended up winning by seven points because that many people voted by mail. So we do not know whether Spencer is going to get in.

If he is in, what happens is we are going to have the next five months where it will be just AI ads from Spencer and non-AI ads from Karen Bass. We are going to be inundated. If it holds the way it is right now, Spencer Pratt’s political profile will increase dramatically just from being in this race for five more months.

It will increase dramatically, but it is an uphill climb because of the nature of L.A. It is a Democratic city, and he is a Republican even though he is running as an independent.

Here comes Harvey’s depression.

I am sorry, but I am just so uninspired by the choices we have to make in California. For governor, sixty-one people. There is no one inspiring. Then you look at the mayor’s race. You have somebody who is in office who a lot of people think has just failed. You have somebody else with absolutely no experience. You have a Democratic socialist who I do not think is going to solve the problems of this city. It is just depressing.

The people I see are more inspired than they have been in any other mayoral race since I have been here with Spencer Pratt. There is a lot of excitement amongst people on the right, maybe some people in the center.

Why would you be excited for someone who does not have any experience? Because people are angry at the city. My gym is a microcosm of L.A. I listen to what people say. People are just angry. They are fed up. There are people who come in from East L.A., from the Valley, from South L.A. There is a lot of anger in this city. Spencer Pratt’s ads are great. The Batman ad is really cool. He says the bold things. He is not politically correct to say, “Hey, homelessness is not an issue about someone having a bed. Most of these people are there because they are drug addicts.”

Karen Bass is right about one thing: Spencer Pratt has never had a job. That should give you a little bit of pause.

All experience is not good experience. Any experience is what I am talking about. He has life experience.

Just life experience to run the second biggest city? Fine. You have to start somewhere.

Saying I am anti-Spencer Pratt. I still have life experience. Could you be mayor of L.A.?

As a matter of fact, I think I would do a hell of a job.

Now I am depressed too.

“My name is Powell Newman from Houston, Texas. I think it speaks to the fact that there are certain segments of the population that are willing to vote for a celebrity because there is a cult of celebrity in politics that was created by Donald Trump. I think it speaks more to that honestly than the job Karen Bass has done.”

I am going to argue with you. Ronald Reagan, not a politician, a celebrity who ran. Arnold Schwarzenegger, not a politician who ran and won. George Murphy, an actor who won. Fred Thompson served in the United States Senate. Sonny Bono. All before Donald Trump. This is an older thing than you think.

Coming up, Cardi B and Stefon Diggs. They split up. Then it seemed like maybe they were getting back together. Then they had a very animated conversation outside a coffee shop in Maryland.

She said she was hungry, but I am not buying it. Not a lot of people were buying that. So what does Stefon Diggs have to say about it? A photographer caught up with him somewhere in the D.C. area yesterday. He is training. By the way, does Stefon have a team yet? No. Still a free agent.

Let us stick to the Cardi angle, because that is what he was asked about. What is the status now between you and Cardi?

“Hey, man. How you doing?”

“I just wonder—the world wants to know if you guys are back together.”

“That is my child’s mother. I love her to death. You know what I am saying? But you have to ask her.”

“What about from your perspective? Because the argument blew up online, and people are wondering if you are back together.”

“Oh, I do not even think that was arguing. You did not see me like—you seem cool. She did not. It is okay. Women get like that sometimes.”

“So you guys are good?”

“Great.”

Wait a minute. If he says you have to ask her, that means they are not. That sounds like he would be fine with being back with her, but—or he genuinely has no idea because any given day their relationship changes. On Mother’s Day, they could be kissing each other and giving gifts, and then a few days later at the coffee shop, you have that blow-up. As he said, women can be that way sometimes. That statement is not going to help him patch things up with her.

I am actually curious about why he is a free agent, because he is a really good player. He was acquitted. Is that why? No. The Patriots moved on. He will be on a team. It is just a matter of time. But it is only June. We are talking months from now when the season starts. You can add a veteran wide receiver like Stefon in September.

If he is not training—well, he is training. The best way to go about it is he bypasses training camp because that is the worst part of the season. He does his own offseason. No veteran wants to go to that. He has been training nonstop throughout the entire case and all that. He is in incredible shape.

What if Cardi says, “Look, you have strayed, and I am not going to continue this relationship unless you are planted in my town all the time”? So you either choose the NFL or you choose me.

What does he do? He is choosing the NFL. Cardi does not pay him. He has a job. He has a career. Cardi is always going to be in his life. They have a child together. She will always be there. The NFL, he only has maybe three or four more years of being an elite receiver. He is going to take that.

So if she gives that ultimatum, he says, “See you.”

“My name is Jazz from St. Louis. I think Stefon would be smart to choose the NFL over Cardi. That would make the most sense. I also think they share a child, so arguments are essentially going to happen even if they are not in a relationship.”

What if she confuses him with Offset? She has to juggle who she is mad at today. I cannot remember.

“Why are you looking that way? You know how women are.”

“No, I did not say that at all.”

Former U.S. Congressman George Santos may be going back to prison on a charge of stupidity. Felony stupidity. That is not the actual charge, but it should be. What he is being investigated for, if true, might be the dumbest crime I have ever seen pulled off. George Santos is now under investigation for insider trading on a prediction market. He went on Kalshi.

How on earth would they catch him doing a prediction? According to officials investigating him, they say he made a bet on a prediction about himself.

How are you going to place a prediction market bet about yourself and think you are going to get away with it?

That is hysterical.

This goes back to the State of the Union. George Santos was removed from his congressional seat and actually sent to prison for fraud, and then was pardoned. So he is out. He has a clean slate. Keep your hands clean, right? Apparently not. According to investigators, he placed a wager. The question on Kalshi was: will George Santos attend the State of the Union address? It was like seventy-five percent yes. The reason it was seventy-five percent yes is because before leading up to the State of the Union, he posted this.

“So to all of you freaking out like, ‘Oh George Santos, you cannot go on the House floor.’ I cannot go on the House floor when it is in session. That is correct. But I can go on the House floor when it is not in session. I have done some floor tours and whatnot. But you guys forget—I am going to be in the gallery. I never said I was going to be on the floor.”

So he is basically putting it out there that he is going to be at the State of the Union. So everybody is wondering: George Santos has lied before, so is he telling the truth now or not? He allegedly laid a wager that he would not be at the State of the Union. During the State of the Union, he posts, “Watching State of the Union from an airport TV was not part of the plan.”

A lot of people on X that night saw it happening and said, “Is he setting up a scheme here? Some sort of scam?” Seventy-five percent of people said he was going because he said he was going. He then has better odds to bet the long shot that he would not go.

That is the definition of insider trading. When it is about you, it is definitely that. Kalshi is the one who reported this to the commodities trading commission. The DOJ is now looking into it as well. Kalshi and all these prediction markets are policing themselves. Do we know how much he made? Do not know how much it was. Do not know how big or small the wager was. It is just hilarious that he thought he could get away with this. If he did it—we should say this is all alleged.

Wild times in the Hollywood Hills. A shootout? It is not a shootout unless two people are shooting. According to police, one of the neighbors of Sean Avery, the former NHL star, opened fire on a vehicle on Sean’s property. His contractor was there doing some work. Sean and his wife were not home, but this neighbor allegedly shot out the tires of the contractor’s truck. Police showed up. There was a standoff with the neighbor. Sean Avery is not home but gets wind of all this and posts this video with a whole other allegation.

“My crazy neighbor shot out the tires of the contractor building a new deck at the house. So as this is going on, there is a standoff at the house. He is inside. He has got guns. He calls two hookers and tries to frame me. He sends two hookers up to the house for me. I am not even there. As a smoke screen.”

We have some more answers. Did hookers come to the house? There were two women that approached. We spoke to the neighbor. He is out of jail. He got booked for criminal threats. He is claiming that he has been very upset with the construction going on at Sean’s house. He admitted that he lost his temper. He said they were not listening to him, the contractor. He did shoot at the contractor’s car with an airsoft gun—a little pellet gun. He is claiming it was not a real gun.

Did he send hookers? According to him, he did not send any hookers. He does say that when he was being detained, two women walked up, and he has no idea who they are. So there were two women who did approach at the scene. If they are not hookers and there are security cameras, and he ends up suing, these poor women are going to get dragged into court. “Are you a hooker?” It is like, oh my god.

We should say we are laughing because nobody was hurt. The contractor was not hit by the pellets. Neighborhood sources say this neighbor has been a menace recently. Sean was not even home. He is in Mexico shooting a movie.

“My name is Elena from Toronto. I was not there, so I do not know more than what has been reported. What I can say is Sean was a great guest on my podcast. He was accommodating, engaging, and very generous with his time. A lot of people who have worked with him off the ice have had positive experiences. I think it is important to let the facts come out before jumping to conclusions.”

Sean was not even there, so you cannot put anything on him for this one. This neighbor definitely seems like he has had issues with the contractor.

Coming up, Summer House reunion part two aired last night. One of the more interesting aspects, I am told, was that Ciara FaceTimed one of West’s ex-girlfriends—not talking about Amanda, but a girlfriend before Ciara. They went back in time and blew up the spot on West.

“Your understanding: was it clearly defined when you guys were exclusive?”

“Yeah, we were literally dating last summer while you guys were filming. He referred to me as his girlfriend all the time. We just were not in a public relationship.”

“Did he ever say why he did not want to make it public?”

“Yeah, she texted me the receipt. He blamed the show. He said he would get fired if he was in a relationship with someone who is not in the Bravo sphere.”

That is a great excuse to someone who is not in it. So the idea was that if he said he had a girlfriend, he would not be on the show.

All of them lie about stuff like that. But this is interesting because this is Mika. The fans know who this girl is. She is actually the one that created that little horse tie that he wore on Watch What Happens Live. We were talking about that tie. We thought it was interesting. But after pointing out the tie on that live episode, he said there was nothing going on with him and Amanda.

Can I just ask: how many reunion episodes are there? It is like a season of reunions. A reunion is one thing. But you need multiple nights to hash out something like that.

There is a lot to hash out, Harvey.

“My name is Carly from Chicago. You guys are missing out. Summer House is the best TV I have seen in decades. What I want to know is what Etsy witch West hired to pull all of these women. They are gorgeous, and he does not brush his hair. I will never understand.”

It is a look.

“Hi guys, I am Shin from Atlanta, Georgia. What I want to talk about is why are people so concerned about who is at Taylor Swift’s wedding? Why is it any of our business if she makes up with her friends? Taylor is happy. She is happy with her fiancé. Why must we create drama and division between women if they can reunite?”

She wrote a song about Karlie Kloss. She made it public. So when we find out that they are inviting Karlie Kloss, there is a political overtone to this that is really interesting. That is why.

By the way, you just ducked out because she was going to ask you what song, and I was like, “Oh, if he knows which song it is.”

“Hi guys, I am Nora Christine from Orlando, Florida. Of course Cassie moved out of the United States. Allegedly, Diddy was blowing up Kid Cudi’s car. I would move out of the United States, too. However, Clayton, I know you are trying to get your payday, but you are going after the wrong person. You admit in the text message to Alex Fine that Diddy was the abuser. So why are you going after Cassie?”

Clayton is the man who is suing Cassie. He did say that.

So everyone knows at the end of the year you get your Spotify Wrapped list. Well, Uber has their own version. It is their lost and found. They keep a running list of all the things passengers have left behind over the last year. For instance: seventy-five-gallon fish. I do not know how you do that. Dentures with two teeth. A child’s prosthetic eye—that is sad. A wizard wand. An ankle monitor—that is going to get someone in trouble. Pelvis implants. Kitchen faucet. Human hair. Live fish. A toboggan.

Some of these things, people are clearly just trying to leave behind. They are using Uber as a dumping ground. Rather than having to pay a junkyard to do it, you just say, “Yeah, I gotta take my toboggan to 34th Street,” and you just leave it in the car.

See you tomorrow.
